Two more arrested in Cancun on charges of sexual exploitation of minors

Cancun, Q.R. — The Quintana Roo State Attorney General’s Office reports the arrest of two more men for the trafficking of minors. In a press release, the FGE says Fredy “H” and Jonathan “Z” were arrested in Cancun “for their probable participation in the crime of human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation to the detriment of a minor.”

“In order to protect the best interests of the child, an undercover operation was implemented in which elements of the Investigative Police (PDI) captured the subjects in a motel located on the Cancun-Valladolid highway,” they detailed in their release noting that two vehicles were seized during their arrests and one minor, rescued.

Last week, two other men, José “C” and Ángel “D”, were arrested in an undercover operation for the sexual exploitation of minors.
