Huimanguillo, Tabasco — A security inspection of bus passengers and their luggage resulted in the discovery of 1oo kilos of drugs.
Elements of the National Guard seized the drugs and arrested two public bus passengers after an inspection in Huimanguillo, Tabasco. The agency says they performed the inspection along the Coatzacoalcos-Villahermosa highway when they stopped the driver. After verifying his documents, they move on to the luggage area where they detected the smell of marijuana.
Five cardboard boxes of marijuana along with one 1-kilo box of crystal were discovered in the luggage area. The owners of the boxes were identified on board the bus and taken into police custody.
