Tulum to have happiness-themed hotel

Tulum, Q.R. — A new hotel theme is underway for the town of Tulum. A group who are seeking collective financing on a public platform are in the process of raising money to create a happiness-themed hotel for Riviera Maya.

Two local entrepreneurs have created an eco-boutique happiness hotel they have called Awakening, which is expected to open at the end of 2018.

The new project will be constructed along the banks of the Nopalitos lagoon in the Mexican Caribbean, on one side of the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka’an.

The hotel is a project of Martin Loeffler, founder and president of Awakening and Adriana Chardi, co-founder and CEO of Awakening.

The hotel will be constructed in the form of human buds, allowing guests to be in direct contact with nature including centoes, virgin mangroves and jungle with a mission to offer guests well-being and happiness.
