Tulum drug dealer arrested with electronic payment terminal

Tulum, Q.R. — Tulum drug dealers are stepping things up a notch allowing buyers to pay electronically. On Saturday, police in Tulum detained a man for possession of narcotics.

On his person, they located 43 bags of cocaine products and six bags of pills along with a cell phone and electronic payment terminal. Luis C was taken into custody during the early morning hours of Saturday from the coastal area and transferred to a Tulum jail cell.

Luis C was in the company of a second adult male when he was approached by police, however, the second man managed to escape on foot.
