Three arrested believed responsible for five recent Cancun murders

Cancun, Q.R. — One woman and two men have been arrested for their likely involvement in the recent murders of five people in Cancun. The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) announced that their capture was possible due to a coordinated operation between police, federal officials and the armed forces.

The FGE reported the arrests of Ana “O”, José “L” and Jezreel “L, all of whom are believed responsible for the deaths of five people that took place March 15, 17, 21 and 23 of this year in the Villas Otoch subdivision of Cancun.

Their arrests were also made possible with the monitoring of C5 cameras around the city. While the agency did not provide details about the five murders, they did say that all five deaths involved firearms.
