Cancun, Q.R. — The bodies of two men have been recovered from separate beaches in Cancun after one fell into the sea. The accident happened Monday night when three men were sitting on the large concrete blocks used as a breakwater at Punta Cancún in the Cancun Hotel Zone.

Reports say one of the men slipped and fell into the sea. Another man jumped in to save him, however, both disappeared. Emergency 911 was alerted to the accident by the third man. Firemen and elements of Civil Protection responded, however, due to the strong winds and darkness, a search was not possible.
