The first, of which could become many, reggae festivals is set to launch in various venues throughout Playa del Carmen from July 24 to 26.
Luciano Jah Messenger will be in attendance. In 2007, Messenger was given the Order of Distinction for his contribution to reggae music since the nineties. A recognition awarded to distinguished citizens of Jamaica.
With more than 20 years of music history, Mexico’s own Pantheon Rococo will also be performing along with numerous other bands on different stages of the VIBES Soul Reggae Ska Festival. Although the schedule is still being put together, other music bands include Pablo Molina, La Muza and Queen Omega.
The word vibes, is known for the expression of both good vibes and rhythm of music. The goal of the event it to bring together representatives of talent of these genres for three days.
Various clubs throughout Playa del Carmen will be hosting the 3-day concert. Everyone who enjoys music is welcome to attend.
