Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) has given the go-ahead to investors of Marina Bay Owner’s Suites and Ventura Club.
The company RRT Proyectos Integrales, who proposed the project in March of this year, has been given approval to construct a mixed tourist development. The 5,650 square meter development will consist of a 3-level building and a ground floor with 36 master suites, restaurant, palapa bar, swimming pools, roof terrace, waking areas and parking.
The ground floor will house nine suites and administrative offices. The restaurant and palapa bar will be the Ventura Club which will consist of two levels with a Jacuzzi, terrace and central pool.
Prior to this approval, the company had submitted plans to construct an artificial beach near the area but was twice rejected by Semarnat.
