Nine from Mobility Institute dismissed for acts of corruption

Chetumal, Q.R. — A total of nine people have been discharged from the Mobility Institute of Quintana Roo (Imoveqroo) for alleged acts of corruption. The news was reported in a virtual press conference by Juan Eduardo Francisco Barrera Díaz, director of Supervision, Inspection and Mobility.

He explained that the discharged elements include eight inspectors and one department head, who, after corresponding investigations, were separated from their positions. He did not give details of where they were working.

An investigation into two inspectors and one department head was made after several complaints. However, after the investigation, a total of eight inspectors were dismissed from their positions.
