Playa del Carmen, Q. R. — Elements of la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito Municipal de Solidaridad in coordination with la Fiscalía General del Estado report securing a package of drugs found at a Playa del Carmen courier company.
The discovery was made inside a central location when elements of the Canine Unit carried out drug surveillance and detection operations on incoming packages. Canine Kano, positively identified one package for drugs.
According to Policía Municipal de Solidaridad, when opened, police found both marijuana and crystal methamphetamine inside.
