Member of criminal organization wanted in Texas extradited from Mexico

Mexico City, Mexico — A member of a criminal organization wanted by Texas authorities has been extradited from Mexico. On Monday, the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) reported on the extradition of Dionicio “A”.

Dionicio “A” has been a wanted man by Texas authorities since 2016 for his role in importing drugs into the U.S. According to a report by the FGR, Dionicio “A” has been identified as a member of a criminal organization, who, between 2014 and 2016, was responsible for supervising the importation of cocaine and marijuana into the United States from Mexico.

He is also believed responsible for coordinating its distribution from South Texas to other U.S. cities. For this reason, Dionicio “A” was extradited from Mexico on Monday from the Mexico City International Airport where he was handed over to U.S. authorities to face charges in the Federal District Court of Southern Texas.
