Expanding his political operation ahead of a likely presidential race is Jeb Bush as he continues to add veterans to the roster.
Two new campaign faces now include Jon Downs and former Republican National Committee spokesman, Danny Diaz.
Adding their high level of advertising and communication experience, Bush advisor Sally Bradshaw commented, “We’re excited Jon and Danny are joining our team. Their expertise and experience will be critical to communicating Governor Bush’s conservative ideas for greater economic growth.”
Although Bush has not officially announced his running in the upcoming race, his recent political actions and hires, including that of David Kochel, Mitt Romney’s former adviser, make it seem likely.
Diaz has consulting experience with New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez’s reelection bid as well as Arizona Governor Doug Ducey and played communications director for John McCain in 2008.
Downs brings with him numerous years of ad promotion, including being executive director in George Bush’s 2000 campaign.
