Regional forecasts from the National Meteorological Service shows the entry of Tropical Maritime Air with variable moisture content from the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea to the Yucatan Peninsula.

It is driven by the extensive peripheral circulation of a weak low pressure channel located on the south / southeast part of the country. This low pressure system is responsible for keeping the wave of very hot temperatures.

For the state of Quintana Roo, the forecast shows a continuatin of hot days and hot nights with wind and scattered clouds that may produce isolated rains in some areas.
