Chetumal, Q.R. — A new head has been announced for Sintra, Secretaría de Infraestructura y Transporte del Estado de Quintana Roo.
The announcement comes after the new leader was appointed by William Conrado Alarcón, chief executive of the state. Replacing Alejandro Ramos Hernández is Jorge Pérez Pérez, who is the new Director of Communications and Transportation for the state.
Governor Carlos Joaquín reports that Jorge Pérez Pérez is a public accountant graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute with a postgraduate degree in Senior Management of Public Entities at the National Institute of Public Administration.
He has extensive experience as a public servant, as he has served, among other positions, as General Director of Operations of the Secretariat of Economic and Social Development, and the Secretariat of Social Development.
He has also served as General Director of the Housing Institute of Quintana Roo, General Director of Administration and Finance of the Federal Secretariat of Tourism and as President of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Public Administration of the State of Quintana Roo, AC.
