Puerto Morelos, Q.R. — With an investment of more than $55 million USD, the first stones for the new Hotel Crown Paradise Club Puerto Morelos hotel have been laid.
The new hotel, which is promoted by Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria AHG, will be constructed on the coastal road north of Punta Petempich. When complete, the hotel will offer 184 rooms and nine food areas, four swimming pools, two snack bars, three bars, a shopping area, spa, gym and hospitality room.
According to Salvador Ornelas, general director of the Jalisco company Arriva Hospitality Group, he says they will take approximately 18 months to complete the construction of the hotel adding they “seek to generate memorable experiences in hospitality services.”
He says that by 2025, Arriva Hospitality has a goal to add 10,000 rooms, “being one of the five most important hotel companies in the country.”
The new hotel will be added to the their already-existing Crown Paradise Golden of Cancun portfolio, which has 617 rooms.
