Tulum, Q.R. — Dream Hotel Group has announced the expansion of their hotel line into the seaside resort town of Tulum.
The company says they will be expanding with their Unscripted brand, which is set to open during 2020. Once complete, Unscripted Tulum will offer 97 guestrooms, two swimming pools and a large open-air dining area. It will also host a spa, wellness center and large rooftop area with restaurant, lounge and bar.
The hotel says they expect this brand will draw the new type of millennial, the 24/7 connected traveler.
Dream Hotel Group is also expanding additional brands into Central America including Unscripted Belize and Dream Belize.
The new Unscripted Tulum hotel is a major milestone for the company, who says the new establishments will position them as international hospitality leaders, paving the way for new growth.

The first two hotels to open will be the Belize brands in late 2018. Unscripted Tulum will be developed third by Vertical Hospitality and is slated to open in 2020.
