Cancun, Q.R. — The fifth annual Cancun, Riviera Maya Wine and Food Festival is set to take place in April.
The event will run from April 27 until April 30, 2016 and include conferences, beer, mezcal and rioja wine tasting as well as a tribute dinner to Chef Alejandro Ruiz. The large event includes a gathering of top chefs and foodies from around the world as they share their skills through various conferences and workshops.
The Cancun, Riviera Maya Wine and Food Fest will kick off with a cocktail party on April 27 from 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. at Sandos Cancun where, during this exquisite culinary exhibition and a magnificent cocktail party, the festival welcomes all chefs, enologists, sommeliers, sponsors and celebrities.
This year’s event will also include a Celebrities Catamaran Cruise and Lunch on April 30 from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The luxury catamaran cruise is from Cancun to Isla Mujeres and will present onboard chefs Alejandro Ruíz, Daniel Milmo (Casa Madero) and Paul Draper (Ridge Vineyards). The catamaran includes poolside and ocean view cocktail, five-course lunch with wine pairings by Ridge Vineyard and sponsor giveaways. Chef cooking will be Chef Daniele Muller from Villa Rolandi.
