Cancun, Q.R. — A man who had been bound hands and feet for three days was found laying on a street of Cancun. On Wednesday, news broke of a man who told police he had been kidnapped, spending three days inside a motorcycle garage.
The man, 30-year-old Julius Caesar N, who managed to escape from the workshop, was seen laying on a street in Region 102 Wednesday afternoon. Area residents notified emergency personnel. Police and an ambulance arrived.
The man was transferred to hospital for medical treatment while police stayed behind to investigate.
