Cancun, Q.R. — A new mobile medical unit has been unveiled for the city of Cancun which is intended to benefit residents of low income.
City mayor Remberto Estrada Barba announced that the mobile medical unit will benefit those who are vulnerable as well as those with lower incomes. The unit is thanks to the support of the Karisma Foundation AC and its president, Edilbrando Pérez.
The new mobile unit is equipped with modern technology that will provide residents with consultations and specialized medical services for the detection, prevention and care of chronic degenerative diseases.
Remberto Estrada asserted that these actions are the result of the collective efforts of the foundation with the Center of Assistance to Patients with Chronic-degenerative Diseases and the municipality, which is now able to provide a service of free medical care.
