Cancun, Q.R. — Authorities have reported the discovery of two deceased bodies in an area of dense vegetation while searching for two missing Cancun cyclists.
The two bodies are reported to be that of a male and a female, who they say, had likely been there for a month before the discovery. Both bodies were found outside the city of Cancun and have not been identified.
The man and woman were found Friday between Kusamil and Francisco May by a search dog who is part of the team looking for the two missing cyclists.
Authorities and volunteers continue to search for the two missing men who were last seen August 4 when they left Cancun for an extreme bike tour.
