Cancun, Q.R. — A prisoner at the Centro de Reinserción Social (CERESO) of Cancún managed to walk out the front door completely undetected Monday morning. It wasn’t until 7:00 a.m. that guards noticed the inmate missing. During roll call, prison officials discovered prisoner Raúl Pérez Palma was not in his cell and notified local police.
