Cancun, Q.R. — Four people were arrested in the Cancun Hotel Zone Tuesday after an emergency call of people carrying firearms. On Tuesday afternoon, police received an emergency 911 call about seven individuals seen at Mocambo restaurant carrying weapons. Police arrived at the restaurant to find that there were no weapons on the seven men, however, they did detect the smell of cannabis on four of them. Those four individuals were arrested. Riviera Maya, Q.R. — A man was pronounced deceased after his motorcycle hit a large tour bus head on. The accident occurred Monday along the highway near the cruise port town of Mahahual. Reports say that the man, who was a gas station attendant in the town, lost control of his motorcycle and collided head on with a tour bus.
