21 jars of pot found bound for Cancun address

Cancun, Q.R. — A total of 21 jars of marijuana and 34 electronic evaporators were insured by the Federal Police in two boxes that arrived from Guadalajara, Jalisco.

The boxes of drugs were discovered via a parcel company at the Cancun International Airport during a routine review carried out by federal police officers at the courier company.

During their review operation, police detected two boxes that gave off a strong smell of marijuana. Both boxes were checked by means of an X-ray, which confirmed the drugs.

The 21 jars of marijuana and the 34 electronic evaporators were found divided into two boxes coming from Guadalajara with a Cancun destination.
